Prioritised target genes

An interactive table for prioritised target genes, each receiving credit score (scored 0-10; see the column Credit score) and its rank (see the column Rank). The prioritised genes are hyperlinked to GeneCards; see the column Genes. The column Type tells the target gene type (either Pleiotropic for pleiotropic genes with genomic evidence or Peripheral for peripheral genes with network evidence). Also provided is a summary of evidence used to define pleiotropic genes, including columns Proximity (nGene) (evidence of genomic proximity), eQTL (eGene) (evidence of eQTL mapping) and PCHi-C (cGene) (evidence of promoter-capture Hi-C). For nGene, the number can be 0 or 1, indicating whether or not it is a nearby gene. For cGene (or eGene), the number signifies how many datasets support the definition of cGene (or eGene).

Pathway crosstalk genes

An interactive table for pathway crosstalk genes, each receiving credit score (scored 0-10; see the column Credit score) and its rank (see the column Rank). The crosstalk genes are hyperlinked to GeneCards; see the column Genes. The column Type tells the gene type (either Peripheral for pleiotropic genes with genomic evidence or Peripheral for peripheral genes with network evidence).
